Will the stickers look exactly like the pictures?
Please note that color on images may vary from monitor to monitor due to photographing, lighting and screen settings.
Are all your products handmade?
All products are designed by A and M. Our handmade stickers are specified in the product description. Some printing is outsourced for durability.
Are your stickers weatherproof?
Our handmade stickers are tear resistant but are best for indoor use. Our matte stickers are weatherproof, but not UV-protected so they may fade in prolonged sunlight. Our glossy stickers are weatherproof and UV protected.
Is your shop environmentally friendly?
Most, if not all, of our packaging materials are recyclable or biodegradable.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the USA and Canada! However, as our shop and community grows, we intend to expand our reach.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is determined by product. For most US orders, stamped shipping is included in the price. For CAN orders, stamped shipping is $2.25 USD.
Additional shipping costs may apply to larger orders and products. Shipping costs for such items can be viewed at checkout.
Will multiple products ship together?
Unless stated in the notes of your order, all orders will be shipped together.
How long does shipping take?
We are based in Oregon, USA. For US, orders take 5-10 business days from the day we place your items in the mail. For CAN orders, it will take 10-14 business days. We ship orders out on Fridays and Saturdays.
What is your policy on returns & refunds?
Items may not be returned or exchanged after purchase. To reduce errors, please ensure that your address is correct. We are also not responsible for lost or damaged mail once it has been sent out. In the event that you received a wrong order, please contact us and include the name the order is under.
